And Baby Makes 3
Long time, no post! So here’s essentially what happened since the last time I posted.
- Clyde and I went to Honolulu for 3 glorious weeks in which I showed him where I grew up. It was awesome. I didn’t want to come back.
- I caught bronchitis for another 2 weeks after our vacation.
- We adopted the cutest puppy e-v-a-r.
- I got pregnant.
Most people either plan on getting pregnant or they plan on NOT getting pregnant. We didn’t fall into either camp. We didn’t want to subject ourselves to all the pressures that come with either option. So we did the most practical thing we could think of – we decided to not “not” try. That way, whatever happens would happen and we would enjoy our life either way.
I guess it worked because a few short weeks after Bailey the puppy entered our lives, we were expecting another addition.
I’m in my second trimester and all I can say is….everyone who told you pregnancy was the best experience ever has straight up lied to my face. To be continued.
