A Cleansing I Will Go…I think

A new year, a new start! I’m looking to maximize the Year of Me by mastering more Yoga poses besides Lounging Couch Potato and expand my meditation beyond “F***!!! I’M GOING TO BE LATE!!!”. I’m also looking into ways to jump start my 30-something metabolism. This is the first in a series of what I’ll be looking into.
